I'm Heather Blackbird. I just found your site and it made me smile. I got a call last week from a man at the DOJ asking for my feedback, as a ticketing software provider, to the looming merger between LN and TM. We've been providing hosted ticketing software to performing arts groups since 2003. Our customers are primarily too small to worry about TM, though many of the venues they use are under TM thumb and so it prevents them from using us due to stiff contract requirements etc. The blatant thievery of TM and its mind boggling success is something we all cross our eyes over regularly.
