  Hi Greg,

I wasted 1 hr, 20 minutes trying to buy tickets for an Indiana Fever WNBA Finals game the other nite and ran into two treacherous roadblocks purchasing tix online and then spent another 15-20 mins. listening to elevator music on the phone before finally getting an ignoramous cust service rep and asking that a measely $5 fee be waived for the trouble, which I'd already experienced and put me in a foul mood for the nite and him & his brilliants managers refused to do.

I told my cust service horror story on my blog http://pubofidealism.wordpress.com, called the BBB and did a little research into ticketmafia's past business practices, which expose a litany of customer service nightmares and monopolistic practices. Anyhow, I have tried to do my part with my blogpost documenting Ticketmaster's prowess in screwing its customers to get as many folks as possible not to do business with Ticketmafia. Feel free to post my story from my blog or link to it.

I support what you're doing except not only would I like to see Ticketmaster be further investigated by our government I would like to see them go belly-up, fade into oblivion and die a tortous death. Similar to what happens when you lose your rental properties, houses, motels and free parking cards and have to mortgage everything away in the game Monopoly.
