I am literately on hold with Tickmaster (1 hour now). The first purchase I made was forwarded to some unkown email address. I spoke to a manager to get it fixed and they billed me again then never sent me the tickets. I am on phone with them now for the 3rd time dodging their terrible customer service, being lied to by sales managers who claim "I wont put you back in the que I promise" and 20 minuets of hold music later I am speaking to a bitchy rep who thinks i am out of line for being upset. She claimed that she sent me the tickets and that they will arrive in 20 minuets, I made her stay on the line with me until they arrive and it has now been 30 minuets and still no tickets.

They are thieves and the worst service I have ever come across.
